What is ADHD Coaching?

ADHD coaching is a supportive, collaborative space designed for people who think and feel a little differently. It’s not about “fixing” you or forcing you into systems that were never built with your brain in mind. Instead, it’s about helping you understand your unique wiring, honour your strengths, and build practical strategies that actually work for you.

At its heart, ADHD coaching is a partnership. You bring your lived experience, your creativity, your challenges, and your hopes. I bring structure, curiosity, compassion, and tools that make life feel more manageable and less overwhelming. Together, we explore what helps you thrive—whether that’s finding routines that don’t feel suffocating, navigating emotional intensity, breaking down big goals, or simply creating more ease in your day‑to‑day life.

It’s a space where you don’t have to mask, apologise, or explain the way your brain works. A space where your quirks are understood, your struggles are met with empathy, and your wins—no matter how small—are celebrated. ADHD coaching helps you move from “I should be able to do this” to “Here’s how I can do this in a way that fits me.”

It’s about building confidence.
It’s about reclaiming your energy.
It’s about creating a life that feels aligned, sustainable, and authentically yours.

What does coaching help with?

My sessions with Vicky have been so helpful. I went into coaching not really knowing what to expect and a little nervous to discuss my ADHD. Despite me not knowing where to begin, Vicky was so welcoming and really supportive, managing to understand my ramblings regarding challenges I face day to day. We’ve agreed clear, manageable goals each week and even when something hasn’t gone to plan she’s tailored the session to prioritise what support I needed in that moment. She’s also shared some really insightful material that I can refer to in my own time. I really look forward to the time with her each week and she makes me feel empowered to overcome new barriers I might face.

Thank you much Vicky.
